NameSense

Refund Policy

Effective date: August 29, 2026

Request a refund through the channel where you purchased: Apple handles Mac App Store purchases, and Paddle handles Direct purchases. NameSense will never ask you to email card details to support.

1. Mac App Store purchases

If you purchased NameSense Pro through the Mac App Store, sign in to Apple's Report a Problem service, select the transaction, and request a refund. Apple controls payment, eligibility, approval, timing, and refund method under its terms and applicable law. The NameSense operator cannot approve or pay an Apple refund on Apple's behalf.

If Apple approves a refund or revokes the transaction, the related App Store Pro entitlement is removed. If that entitlement had been synchronized to the Direct build, its RevenueCat state may also update after synchronization.

2. Direct purchases

The Direct build is sold through Paddle web checkout, and Paddle is the seller/merchant of record for that transaction. Use the “View receipt” or support link in Paddle's confirmation email, or visit Paddle Buyer Support and choose the refund option. NameSense support may help identify a purchase but does not bypass Paddle to send money directly to a card.

Under Paddle's current Refund Policy, statutory withdrawal or refund rights apply where required by law. Paddle may also review a discretionary refund request submitted within 14 days of the transaction on a case-by-case basis. Submission within 14 days does not guarantee approval, and any stronger mandatory consumer right prevails. Paddle's live policy and the buyer terms applicable when you purchased control the final result.

If Paddle approves a refund, reverses payment, or confirms fraud, the related Direct Pro entitlement ends. An approved refund is generally returned to the original payment method; timing is controlled by Paddle and the payment provider.

4. Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies where a product is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose. Apple or Paddle channel terms, the policy in effect when you purchased, and the law where you live may provide additional rights.
